Major Deliverables:

- Coordination with regulatory - RBI / FIU

- Coordination with auditors

- Complete oversight on KYC / AML (Anti Money Laundering) processes of the company

- Oversight on identification & tracking of suspicious transactions

- Assist & maintain oversight on record management process of the company

- Review & monitor effectiveness of compliance processes at branch / network locations - Concurrent Audit & Internal Audit

- Ensure & Support Compliance with Reserve Bank of India AML-KYC-CFT Guidelines - Timely circulation of all relevant circulars to team on ground & Interpretation & Implementation of all guidelines & notifications from Regulator

- Training of all staff(s) via Audio Conferencing, E-Learning, Regional Training Meets -on the regulatory requirements. To roll-out Standard Operating Procedure document for the busines

- Support other Departments (Internal) - for regulatory & general compliance : Assist CEO and CFO for various company matters

Specialized job competencies:

- Excellent written, verbal communication capability (English, Hindi)

- Very Good Excel data-handling capability (formulas, macros).

- 10 year+ experience in any financial product back-office operations.

- Computer skills, familiarity with operation of transaction systems

Educational Qualification:

- Basic Qualification - Graduate-B-Com,

- Preferable CS

Desired Experience:

- Overall Experience in financial sector 10 Years + preferably in compliance & control
