Business Vertical : Corporate Finance Division

Key Objective of the Job : Syndication & Sell down of deals in Renewable Energy and other Infrastructure sectors

Major Deliverables & requirements :

- Candidate should have existing relationships in banks, FIs specializing in project finance lending.

- Exposure to project financing of infrastructure sector projects. Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions especially in North region.

- Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions

- Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report

- Financial Modeling

- Strong understating of credit & ability to structure a transaction.

- Assist in Legal documentation

- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

- Execution skills - Should have worked on end to end on a transaction.

- Top of mind recall of PSU/Private Banks and Financial Institutions

- Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country to understand the business and operational model.

- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector shall be a bonus

Work Experience : 4-6 years in a syndication department of Bank/NBFC/Investment Bank/Corporate in the area of Debt syndication/Corporate Finance/Credit

Education : Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a reputed Business School
