Key Objective of the Job :

- Product training for results & effectiveness for business growth in various geographies.

Major Deliverables :

- Delivery of sales/regulatory/credit training & contribution to the learning team at multiple locations across India.

- Measurement of effectiveness and shift in business efficiency post training and course correction.

- Pivotal in rolling out & implementing various Business developmental & regulatory programs for different channels at multiple locations.

- Designing, development & delivery of customized solution at local level on processes and various other issues through data and frequent need analysis to suit the local flavor.

- A detailed learning road map for trainees to ensure continuous business contribution by acquiring newer and sharper skills.

- Report progress and improvements on a timely basis to Business / reporting manager.

Specialized job competencies :

- Good understanding of the overall financial industry and business

- Current market knowledge and Industry Knowledge including Credit, Sales, regulatory and operations

- Technical competence with advanced MS Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint skills

- Good communication and networking skills

- Confidence to interact with Senior management

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate + Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) equivalent

Desired Experience :

- Over 10 years of overall experience in BFSI sector especially in Credit, Sales, regulatory and Operations.

Other desired attributes :

- Understanding of Financial Documents.

- Financial Analysis.

- Credit Analytical Skills and sound market knowledge.

- Ability to work on set targets & deliver within stipulated deadlines

- Ability to work under pressure
