Role : Business Analyst / Functional Analyst

Required Technical Skill Set :

- Prior experience in the financial services sector preferably Leasing

- Experience with Loan Management and Accounting systems a plus.

- Advanced MS Excel and beginner SQL skills a plus.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have : Worked as an Leasing analyst for a financial services company.

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to Lease Package like Lease-Wave.

- Exposure to Mobile Technology.

- Experience in an NBFC IT project including requirement analysis, implementation and user acceptance testing.

Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role :

- Liaise with functional teams to understand their requirements from IT systems and develop business requirement documents.

- Co-ordinate with software vendors to have user requirements developed. This requires setting up and driving meetings between stakeholders and vendors.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) including planning, coordination and execution of test scenarios.

- Provide first level support to the Business users in terms of training, assistance in operating the system and any clarifications

- Test all system deliverables for the readiness of commencement of UAT and approve commencement of the same

- Regular check point meetings to ensure initiatives are on schedule and raising alerts in case of delay

- Stakeholder Management including interaction with senior management

- Review of CRs, discussions with the Users and finalizing the ones to be taken up for development

- Risk and Issues - tracking and closure.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role : Will be involved in the setting up and maintenance of IT applications.

Job is challenging at the same time stressful but would give a good exposure to various facets of Corporate Finance business processes.

Details of The Project :

- There are projects catering to different divisions, primarily leasing and corporate finance. The systems involved include lease management system, web portal and equipment finance marketplace.

These projects are as follows :

Lease Management Software :

- Core system has been implemented and data migration is ongoing. Several new CRs are in the pipeline for which need to be assessed and developed.

Web portal and Marketplace : Systems are in use and day-to-day operations and any new requests need to be handled.

Mobile solutions : Coordinating with Vendors and Users. Conducting UAT.
