Key Objective of the Job:

- Executive of Branch Audit / File Audit & Process Audits across functions

Major Deliverables: The assistant is responsible for providing following services :

- Adherence to annual branch audit plan.

- Perform branch Audit as per laid down procedure

- Analyse data prior to branch audits for pre-audit planning

- Draft audit issues/emails

- Close Branch Audits in line with standard IA methodology

- Conducting the interview, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary, memos, and preparing working papers.

- Assist in preparation of the Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan

- Conducting a comprehensive audit program including management, system, financial, compliance and operational audits

- Adhere to quality initiative within the department, maintaining a solid Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP)

- Compliance with professional standards

- The overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.

- Conducting the interview, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary, memos, and preparing working papers.

- Identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations.

- Communicates the results of audit via written reports and oral presentations to management

- Develops and maintains productive client, staff, management, through individual contacts and group meetings.

5. 70% to 80% travel across India
