Proposed Immediate Superior : Collection Head – Infra Finance

Key Objectives of the Job:

- Ensuring a healthier portfolio with reduced ODMR and collection efficiency of 100%

Major Deliverables:

- Overall maintenance of the health of the book

- Monitoring of critical cases & build relationships for soft collections

- Effective Monitoring on soft bucket

- MIS reporting

- NPA Management

- Repossessed stock disposal and repo yard management

- Ensuring proper house keeping of the repossessed-assets

- Legal Knowledge – Arbitration, Section 9, 138 and other relevant provisions useful in Remedial

- Directing the team for effectiveness and results

- Cross functional co-ordination and effecting positive changes in the given function

Job Challenge:

- OD MR need to be maintained @ 4 %

- 100 % collection efficiency YTD (Year to Date)

- Geographical spread and control

Specialized job competencies : Remedial Specialist

Educational Qualification : MBA / PG / CA

Desired Experience : 8 to 10 years hardcore in remedial with hardcore collection experience

Other desired attributes:

- Legal background of handling Infra projects
