Key Objective of the Job:

- Syndication for Commercial Finance deals – Rupee Loan

Major Deliverables:

- Setting up of the Syndication Desk for Rupee Loan – Commercial deals

- Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions

- Fee income

- Number of deals in each quarter of the year

- Create and Maintain Healthy and Profitable Book

- Profitability Targets

- MIS Reports.

- Monitor and guide team members for the desired output / productivity

- Train the front-end sales team for the necessary skill sets required for sourcing syndication deals

- Computer literate in MS Office

Educational Qualification:

- C.A / CFA / MBA

- 7 – 8 years experience in Commercial Finance
