Key Objective of the Job :

- Contribution to New Product Development - As Product Risk Manager will be responsible for launching new policies and products in line with business requirements & issuing policy variants & corrections as per the market feedback and reviews

Major Deliverables :

- Underwriting of certain high risk deviation cases as per the respective product program.

- Co-coordinating monthly product wise portfolio risk reviews & driving regional and location risk reviews on his own.

- Sample Case Studies on a regular basis for delinquent cases or fresh disbursements in the overall portfolio.

- Sample Credit Reviews (Good Bad analysis) on a portfolio basis on a regular basis & providing feedback to the ground level sourcing & underwriting teams.

- Imparting trainings to the teams thru WebEx or classroom mode and conducting knowledge test on a regular basis.

- Branch Visitation - Visiting high volume / high risk branches on a periodical basis & doing branch reviews based on Branch Risk Scorecard feedback.

- Doing Sample check of disbursed cases & giving feedback to the Credit underwriting and Operations team on the compliance of the norms stipulated in the respective Product program.

- Working in close co-ordination with the BIU team for delivering on Risk Analytics deliverables such as Scorecard, Channel review report card, Loss fore-casting etc.

- New Initiatives & Innovations in Retail Risk Management esp. with an eye on Business enhancement & Portfolio Quality.

- Usage of Technology esp. when it comes to putting BREs in place, doing the UAT from Risk perspective, ensuring data quality & data integration across various systems being used

Educational Qualification: MBA- Finance / CA / Post Graduates

Desired Experience: 10- 12 Years.
