Tata Capital - Analyst - Private Equity - Healthcare Fund

Key Objective of the Job :

- To assist the investment team in deal sourcing, evaluation & execution

Major Deliverables :

- Responsible for sourcing transactions in the healthcare space through strong industry and other professional networks

- Business and financial diligence of the transaction for possible investment

- Responsible to provide analytical, financial modeling, valuation modeling, drafting, research and general support in all aspects of execution and feasibility analysis of new investment opportunities.

- Execution of transaction for closure & tracking performance of the investment post closure
