Roles and Responsibilities Branding: - Candidate should be able to link Employee Engagement with Employer Branding and utilise the relevant portals (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram) for selling the EVP - Serving as a strategic branding and communication partner supporting the outspread of engagement activities performed in the organization Engagement Calendar - - Develop effective employee engagement strategies with clearly defined guidelines and collaborating with the HR team in the zones for effective implementation of the same &nbsp;Engagement Budget - - Effectively able to understand the engagement requirement and spending with the given HR budget while setting a KPI to benchmark its success against the return &nbsp;Rewards &amp; Recognition - - Carry out the ideation of innovative R&amp;R activities in the organization on a regular basis and coordinating with the zone HRs for its effective execution &nbsp;Engagement (Fun @work) - - Balancing Work and Fun by organizing Fun@work activities, Cultural and festival celebrations - Design initiatives to create visibility and awareness of HR practices. Assist in conducting TTT for Region HR and support creation of People Champions - Employee connect through Townhalls / Coffee Connect/Talent Forums/skip level meetings/ new joiner connects (first impression meetings within defined intervals to understand onboarding experience to help avoid infant attrition)/ Leadership connects with the unit - HR Communication - Create packs pertaining to the organization and information updates and share the same with the regional HR team for various communication forums - New Engagement Initiatives/HR Projects - Partner with the Leadership team to oversee the development, distribution and analysis of employee engagement surveys - Other Interventions - Basis feedbacks, scorecards, Reports Suggest improvement in Process / Policies to have better Employee Engagement practices Ideal candidate:&nbsp; - MBA in HR preferably from Tier 2 institute - 2- 4 years of relevant corporate experience in managing engagement, employee communication &amp; branding - Negotiation, communication, Discrete and Ethical, Multitasking and dealing with ambiguity
