TATA AIG Insurance- Head Marketing role Head of Marketing Overview of the role :&nbsp; Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term Roles and responsibilities:&nbsp; - Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals - Crafting strategies for all insurance product - Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals - Preparing Marketing plans and product launch - Exposure to pr and off-line marketing - Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies - Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) - Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) - Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness - Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives - Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy - Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches - Guiding the Advertising &amp; Promotion budget - Desired Candidate should have experience in working with insurance companies is a prerequisite. - MBA from a premier institute or college
