Tata AIG - Chief Manager/AVP - Extended Warranty Business

Job Purpose:

The product tower role comes with P&L responsibility for Extended warranty line of business.

The person will be responsible for supporting channel for Topline growth, while maintaining the planned bottomline along with product underwriting, regulatory compliance and improving system/process control efficiency.

Identifying new business opportunities which includes market analysis and new product development is also one of the key purpose

Portfolio Analytics -

- Portfolio review on regular interval and taking proactive action to control the loss ratio.

- Developing and implementing initiatives to monitor Combined ratio

Underwriting -

- Corporate underwriting of Extended Warranty, All Risk and Card liability products

Business Enablement -

- Contributing in growth of business by regular interaction with business teams and intermediary

System development -

- Coordinating with technology teams for maintaining the system and new requirements

New Product development -

- Product development as per customer requirements, market research and improve the effectiveness of the existing products
