Experience:7-10 years in IT Project management, worked in application development cycle, understanding of Life insurance process

Desired Experience: Knowledge of Application architecture

Role Summary:

- Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects. Need to drive projects with help of IT Vendors/ Project members.

- Will be responsible for completing projects within set timelines/ Cost / Quality. Ensuring regular reporting to key stakeholders.

Project management:

- Project management: Initiate, planning, executing, closure, monitoring

- IT Project delivery: Coordination with IT vendor, internal teams

- Regular project reporting to all stakeholders

- Ensuring seamless communication within project team

- Identifying probable risk and mitigation plan

- Ensuring regular steering committee meetings are conducted and highlight key issues.

- Extensive experience with Agile / waterfall development

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls.

- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to manage and delegate work as part of a team in a matrix environment.

- Agile experience is required.

- Understanding of project management tools
