Role Summary:
- Regulatory reporting with IRDAI
- Reviewing & filing of Marketing collaterals
- BAP reporting and handling of regulatory application.
- Monitoring of market conduct activities
- Data analysis and record keeping
Key Result Areas :
Regulatory reporting with IRDAI :
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather reports / data for IRDAI reporting.
- IRDAI reports should be submitted on time by drafting the covering letter mentioning applicable circular/guidelines.
- Interpret circulars & guidelines to ensure the regulatory reporting is completed as per schedule.
- Reporting branch office status to IRDAI on opening, relocating or merger / closure.
- Handling reference number activity & coordinate with stake-owners for scan images.
Marketing collaterals :
- Reviewing and approving marketing collaterals in lines with IRDAI master circular.
- Coordinating with stake-owners to share the collateral to submit in BAP portal.
- Maintain advertisement tracker with accuracy.
BAP reporting & handling Regulatory application :
- Reporting of offices in BAP application.
- Filing of marketing collaterals in BAP portal within prescribed timelines by IRDAI.
- Coordinating with stake-owners to submit the regulatory tracker & closing the same from compliance side.
Market conduct activities :
- Review market conduct agenda & release minutes as per TAT.
- Ensure that actionable of market conduct agenda - warning letters, termination letters etc are released accurately within TAT.
- Prepare & review market conduct agenda and implement the actionable.
- Ensure that the accurate data is submitted for PHPC and various audit requirements.
Data analysis and record keeping :
- Working on ad-hoc projects and data analysis / report preparation for senior management meetings.
- Ensure that trackers are maintained accurately and share drive is updated regularly.
Technical :
- Understanding the impact of noncompliance
- Knowledge of IRDA regulations & able to interpret circulars
- Basic knowledge of Market conduct activities
Qualification: LLB
Experience :
6-8 years of life insurance experience out of which at least 2-3 years are spent in Regulatory reporting.
