Location : Hyderabad(only)

Job description :

- Micro level planning for supply of kits as per plan & making recovery plan if the actual deviates from plan

- Supervise the on time delivery of kits

- Track plan v/s actual for the AOS burn and reporting the same to management

- Prepare and maintain production metrics

- Analyze the material shortages & report the same

- Supervising the product packing (CPOS) & loose kits packing

- Prepare macro-level production scheduling

- Track weekly AOS burn & cumulative AOS burn

- Track weekly TAKT time

- Track variance in loading time

- Be part of process improvement programs like ACE, TOP, etc.

- Ensure plan for supply of kits is made & executed

- Ensure production line never stops because of lack /deficit of kits

- Ensure daily production status is updated and circulated

- Ensure SAP posting is done on time

- Ensure macro level production scheduling is done by PPC
