Role: Manager/Deputy Manager - Campus Hiring and TA Excellence
Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Sec 16, Noida
- The role holder will provides strategic direction and staffing expertise to enable resourcing function to successfully meet the talent demands of businesses with regards to campus hiring strategy.
- Role holder will also analyse trends and metrics to develop proactive resourcing strategies and programs to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions from relevant campuses.
- Build a - best in class- campus Hiring stream that is both effective and efficient, with a focus on a customer-intimate relationship with hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with the businesses to deliver a holistic resourcing strategy, products, policies and end to end recruitment process to meet hiring plans and deliver top quality hires
- Assess current and future skill requirements of the division and develop appropriate talent acquisition plans
- Work extensively on employer branding to develop a strong employment brand strategy and deliver on it by managing stakeholder relationship with campuses/ universities, candidates, networking platforms, service providers etc.
- Manage our campus recruiting relationships - Complete ownership of all stages of Campus Hiring agenda which will include design of campus strategy, program proposition, planning, execution and process management
- Leverage HR systems and tools to provide workforce planning data, track & monitor recruitment targets and other metrics
- Educate leaders and broader HR team members on processes and best practices for campus resourcing and business engagement
- Manage operating rhythm with stakeholders to have a clear view of the business decisions impacting hiring
- Accountable for ensuring delivery of excellent candidate/ customer experience
Skills, knowledge and experience needed to do the role:
- Proven ability to lead Campus recruitment strategy and initiatives to support business objectives
- Experience in developing and leading Campus programs across Tier I, II & III Campuses
- Experience of achieving results with an ability to define and drive processes and service excellence
- Track-record of influencing and partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through Campus recruitment strategies
- Minimum of 6 years of recruitment & relationship management experience (Exposure to designing and running campus programs is preferred)
- Post graduate with commercial orientation
