Job Statement :
Assistant Manager - New Program Management (Program management)
This role requires the personnel to plan, finalize & execute programs as per strict deadlines and within budgets. This includes acquiring resources and co-ordinating the efforts of team members and vendors/customers in order to deliver projects according to plan. Continuous monitoring by the use of reviews, risk management, tracking Plan v/s. Actual by the use of metrics, Rescheduling, to ensure time-lines are maintained.
Major Deliverable:
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and Track project milestones. Define project success criteria.
Monitor & manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans; Contract review; Negotiate with vendors
Check, measure, monitor, Review project progress-Adjust project plans, and appraise Senior Management of progress regularly. Conduct Program management reviews (PMR ) on a quarterly basis
Identify Risks and mitigate the risks
Project follow up - train, support, measure and report results and benefits
Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Essential Attributes:
Hands on experience in excel and working knowledge of MS Project, excel, Word and Power Point
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of MS excel, Word and Power Point
Knowledge of Project management, Finance, Strategy, Operations management techniques like Critical path method, Scheduling, PERT
Desired Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure situations & manage multiple expectations
Strong coordination skills and ability to multi task
Networking (Facilitation & cross functional group moderation)
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM from reputed institute
Desired Experience: 1 to 4 years
Location - Hyderabad
