Senior Manager - Quality Assurance
Role purpose that tells you why we are hiring.
The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the organization. A person who can effectively manage a team, implement quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Will be driving quality improvement efforts internally with the team and working with the various COEs and P&L to enhance customer outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities that we'll trust you with:
- Coordinate Quality activities and facilitate communication among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and priorities to ensure projects stay on track.
- Foster a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams, providing guidance, and support to team members.
- Participate in internal and external quality review processes, audits, and surveys, assisting in the preparation of reports and action plans
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the quality assurance function.
- Implement best practices and quality methodologies to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Preferred experience we'd expect of you:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in healthcare quality management or related role, leading a team of minimum 5-6 people
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles.
- Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems
