TATA 1mg is an initiative taken in the spirit of public service with a vision to empower Indian consumers and caregivers to select the most appropriate healthcare service at the best possible price Key Responsibilities: - Lead the growing & high potential OTC categories for E-Commerce business, acting as complete business owner for overall growth & category expansion - Define the strategic growth plan and own end-to-end management of the same; work with cross-functional teams to drive plan achievement - Go deep into understanding what users want, how can we help them in enabling their health-related journeys, and work out online interventions to drive the results. This will include working with Product, Marketing, Supply chain & Customer service teams - Work with Product to enable user journeys and impact conversion for pharma growth - Drive initiatives for supply expansion and enable account growth on the platform. Catalyze new areas of category growth with catalog expansion - Manage the online funnel metrics, including setup of effective pricing through promotions and offers, ensuring focus on unit economics - Lead relationship and growth planning for high-value star accounts; enable account managers on strategic business plans for the success of key accounts Eligibility Criteria: - 7-9 years of post-MBA work experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sector, or business consulting - Growth mindset, ability to manage ambiguity and lead large-scale cross-functional projects - Keenness to learn, and not looking for pre-defined standard processes. High-performing candidates can be sure of high growth - Experience in defining & driving scalable Product solutions for an e-commerce platform would be an advantage, though not necessary Why Join Us?
