Manager (Program Manager & New Initiatives) - Work with management to prioritize business initiatives and own end-to-end program management of those initiatives - Determines objectives, dependencies, resources, timelines, metrics, costs and risks associated with the proposed plans and initiatives - Helps identify problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing business processes and workflows - Presents a compelling business case for proposed solutions - Partner with different functions in the organization - Product, Warehouse Ops, Logistics and others to execute identified initiatives within the defined timelines - Define metrics and create dashboards/reports to understand how the program/initiative is progressing - Create and publish weekly/monthly MIS reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders for business performance reporting - Proactively suggest changes to be made in the program based upon the analysis - Support in long-term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business - Accountable for the engagement model from inception through to implementation of projects - Consistently report and review team's performance to the leadership team Eligibility Criteria : - MBA/Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 colleges - 1-3 years of relevant work experience leading Big 4 Consulting - Self-starter and should have a high degree of ownership
