Brief about the team:

The product team at Tata 1mg plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of healthcare. As a member of our product team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through technology-driven solutions. Product managers at Tata 1mg lead a significant charter within the organization with direct top line or bottom line impact keeping a very high quality bar for UX & data.

What will you do:

You will be joining as a product manager in the Merchandising team. A few key responsibilities of the team are:

- Understanding users, their behavior, and the pain points by conducting in-depth user research to build a great user experience, enabling a seamless discovery and buying decision journey on the platform.

- Collaborating with UX designers to ensure product design aligns with the overall user experience strategy

- Own the conversion/Add-to-cart metrics for both Pharmacy and diagnostics vertical.

As the PM of this team, you will:

- Own the vision, strategy & roadmap for your products

- Work closely with Business Unit (BU) heads to drive outcomes and align product strategies with the overall organizational goals

- Be responsible for creating a product vision and a roadmap that aligns with the overall product vision. This includes breaking down the long-term roadmap into smaller milestones and defining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) on a quarterly basis

- Constantly create, maintain and own backlogs to deliver with your tech team

- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision

- Partner with cross-functional teams across businesses & products to define the best solution using Tata 1mg's capabilities as a whole - beyond just the technology products

- Work with relevant teams (technology, design, and analytics) to deliver various product initiatives

- Maintain & raise the quality standards on UX and data

- Drive a high bar for on-time delivery of projects while setting high quality standards

- Ensure features are built in a re-usable, extendable & configurable manner

- Be outcome-oriented; everything we do needs metrics and you will be expected to define and improve these metrics

- Define measures for evaluating product success. Ensure appropriate visibility, maintenance and meaning to the core metrics your team is responsible for

- Perform user research & incorporate the outcomes into your overall strategy

- Continuously collect and analyze customer & stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement across your products.

What are we looking for :

To be the perfect fit for this role, you should:

- Have 2-4 years of product management experience focused on end customer-facing products

- Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial set-up

- Be obsessed with data - should have the ability to ask the right questions based on data

- Have user first mindset and can emphasize with user problems

- Have very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills

- Have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives with significant business impact

- Be good at crisp, clear verbal and written communications - should be comfortable with presenting work to the leadership at regular cadence

Have the ability to lead a highly cross-functional team with empathy
