Key Responsibilities :

i. Campaign Management:

- Launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates.

- Manage end-to-end campaigns on major paid channels such as Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Meta ads.

ii. Reporting:

- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all performance marketing channels.

- Analyze campaign results to develop actionable recommendations for optimization.

iii. Platform Optimization:

- Collaborate with Google, Meta, and other platform representatives to optimize campaign performance.

- Stay updated on the latest products and features from these platforms.

iv. Business Alignment:

- Work closely with the business team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

v. Tracking and Attribution:

- Partner with the MMP team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance.

vi. Creative Optimization:

- Collaborate with the design team to optimize creative strategies for improved campaign performance.

vii. A/B Testing:

- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign aspects, audience targeting, and creatives.

viii. Strategy Development:

- Analyze paid media campaigns to develop and test strategies, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

ix. Goal Alignment:

- Understand organizational and product goals and translate them into specific project deliverables for effective campaign execution.

x. Budget Management:

- Responsible for managing marketing spending to ensure budgets are spent efficiently without under or over-delivery.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in running and executing performance marketing campaigns management is required, with prior experience in healthcare being advantageous but not obligatory

- Possesses an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills to manage expectations from internal and external stakeholders

- Preferred educational background includes a bachelor's degree. An MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
