What will you do?
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, tenders and other strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients and customers.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and achieve goals.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the healthcare industry and the hospital's service and capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other forums.
What we are looking for?
- Minimum of 8 to 10 Years of experience in business development in healthcare and related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies and driving revenue growth and large portfolio.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to develop and manage budget forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
