Know more about us: https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs Primary Responsibility : - Looking for a individual with a strong retail background to drive sales and profitability via assortment selection and planning for Tata 1mg pharmacies pan India. - Ensure growth and profitability at a store and category level for all TATA 1mg pharmacies. - Ensure optimum utilization of retail space available within the pharmacies. - Ensure proper cataloging and assortment at all TATA 1mg pharmacies. - Analyze sales reports and market trends to rectify assortment gaps. - Ensure store-level availability, fulfillment, compliance and operational excellence in conjunction with the retail teams. - Coordinate with all account managers with regards to brand partnerships. An ideal candidate should have : - 5-7 years in a retail landscape, managing retail operations and assortment. - Analytical ability. - Good at working with multi-functional teams. - Proficient in MS office
