Role Description :

Who are we looking for?

Work Experience:

- 3 to 6+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering field.

- 1.5 to 2+ years of experience in managing teams.

- Strong Education Pedigree: Strong foundation in computer science, maths, statistics (and computing). Operational understanding of advanced analytics and AI.

Technical Skills:

- Strong experience on SQL, proficient in reading and writing complex queries.

- Excellent working knowledge of large data manipulation using complex SQL.

- Proficiency in architecturing & developing data transformations, performing end to end data validation for the developed transforms.

- Hands-on experience with reporting tool - Tableau.

- Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems by managing or guiding technical teams with tools such as Tableau.

- Knowledge of Snowflake, Metabase will be preferred.

- Real-world Experience: Experience in the online B2C commerce/product space preferred.

- Lead by example: Experience in guiding a team of analysts, but also hands-on in problem-solving, data exploration, building models, and use of analytics tools to drive business outcomes.

- High on Business Outcomes and Ambition: Taking initiative and driving project from start to finish to create direct business impact

- Comfort with Ambiguity: Translate business questions into analytical problems and build solutions using visualization techniques, machine learning, statistical modeling to ensure that a robust scalable solution is developed
