Product Leader

- The Product Leader is an Individual Contributor role who will support the Sales and Customer Service Team organisation in crafting compelling technology solutions for our clients.

- She/he will have a have good understanding of CaaS as it fits into the BPO industry

Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

1) Work with Sales in crafting compelling technology offering for our client in Amazon Connect/Talkdesk/Twilio/Five9/Genesys

2) Drive the overall partner strategy for Amazon Connect/Talkdesk/Twilio/Five9/Genesys

3) Serve as a single point of contact for Domain knowledge for all of TaskUs in any one or more of the areas above

4) Be sales focused, but technically savvy in crafting pre sales offering for new pursuits.

5) Partner with Sales and Client Services to understand the client requirements and map those requirements into capabilities and solutions

6) Up to date with Market on cloud practices, technology stack, products and service within the Contact centre industry

7) Partner with Solution Engineering and Finance in providing guidance to build commercials/pricing during PreSales

8) Assist in completion of Technology sections in RFI/RFP/RFQ as required (in your area of expertise)

Required Skills :

1) Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' of relevant experience

2) Sound functional knowledge of one or more of cloud contact centre and associated technologies such as Amazon Connect, Nice CXOne, Twilio, Talkdesk, Five9 or Zendesk

3) Can handle multiple campaigns/projects at the same time

4) Can review and write technical documentation including client-facing collaterals

5) Preferred but not required to manage partners in your area of expertise
