As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will act as a Technical Recruitment Subject Matter Expert and deliver sound marketing insights back to your peers, your team and your business partners - enough to drive an educated and highly effective headhunting strategy. - As a Technical Recruitment Manager, you will supervise and train recruiters to perform resume searches on relevant external job portals, while maintaining a robust internal candidate database for contact information, candidates' geographical locations, IT capabilities, availability for work, etc. You will communicate recruitment goals and objectives to your team of Recruiters and determine the effectiveness of recruitment and sourcing plans. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates and build professional networks with HR Managers, Colleges, and other professional groups. - You must possess an enthusiasm for finding qualified candidates while communicating recruitment goals and objectives to your team of Technical Recruiters. It is inherent that you build strong and collaborative partnerships with Hiring Leaders in order to execute effective sourcing, assessment and onboarding approach - to manage their expectations. You must possess a deep understanding of the urgency of their needs and will direct and prepare proactive status reports and/or drive conversations on hiring progress for active searches. - You must also be able to drive results and build rapport; entice passive candidates from profiles that possess the culture described in our leadership principles. You continue to build and maintain a talent network of potential candidates through proactive market research and exceptional relationship management. You are adept at conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios. So you must possess a strong ability to screen, interview and manage a candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. - As a Manager, you are capable of developing reports and research - to map out markets and generate a highly qualified database of potential leads; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent, and calibrate candidates prior to interviews with hiring managers. You will continually contribute to the knowledge base of the team - sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
