Director of FP&A| US shifts| WFH

- Drive, enable and motivate the team to achieve individual, departmental and company short and long term goals

- Develop direct reports to achieve their maximum potential by providing right tools, training, direction, coaching/mentoring and timely feedback

- Develop and implement strategies and policies to enable the company to meet its financial goals

- Drive the implementation of initiatives, strategies and policies to ensure attainment of goals

- Partner with different stakeholders in driving recommended actions to improve profitability and achieve company goals based on the result of analysis of trends and forecasts and variance analysis

- Support Senior Management Team, Department Heads and Site VPs/Directors by providing financial insights necessary for decision making

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Drive implementation of process improvements involving cross functions to enable efficient and effective end-to-end process that will drive improvement in profitability
