Backed by strong demand and rave reviews of our initial customers, we are growing rapidly and plan to scale across multiple locations soon.  What we are looking :   We are looking for outgoing & energetic Grievance Manager who will take care of the entire Grievance, and customer satisfaction part.  Responsibilities :  - Manage and lead a team by ensuring end-to-end management of orders  - Train team members for providing an exceptional customer experience  - Order tracking and resolving customer issues handling Grievances majorly.  - Act as a collaborator with our Technology and Operations teams  - Work in a high-paced dynamic environment and completing tasks that require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines  Requirement :  - 2 - 4 years of experience in core customer service processes  - Ability to design training modules, quality check processes and measuring customer experience  - Ability to enhance team efficiency & productivity  - Organized and detail oriented  - Extremely proficient in English  - Curious by nature who not only loves to work but also understands the industry dynamics
