TASC Relationship Manager - Bank

- Responsible for achievement of TASC New Acquisition Value budgets of mapped Cluster Branches in Delhi

- Act as an efficient conduit between Business, Legal & Compliance, TBG and Operations by being a single point of contact for all Transaction banking needs of Business

- Drive & monitor CRM creation for Acquisition and Relationship Teams

- Facilitate acquisition of new to bank clients from Branch Banking, with clear focus on granular top line SA- AMB, AQB & EOP growth.

- Work in partnership with the Relationship Teams on existing portfolio, by identifying and converting opportunities for generating incremental fee income by cross sell/up sell of CMS and Forex transactions.

- Design & drive new acquisition campaigns & contests for the business, as direction from Channel Management Team at HO.

- Regularly review and perform Wallet Sizing of existing Liability accounts and publish regional/cluster wise performance dash boards

- Work closely with Branches/Relationship Teams to improve Sales efficiency in terms of Product mix/ Productivity /Sales monitoring process & modify relevant measures/ redesign process

- Regular monitoring of business growth in terms of set benchmarks, business plans and trends.

- Identify and regularly interact with underperforming and high potential branches/clusters for developing TASC CRM, sharing of best practices, offering product / process solutions

- Drive productivity of CSL's and regular monitoring/review of CRM
