TAS Analytic Services provides an individual the unique opportunity to be part of the offshore support team where processes such as Market Research, Creative Operations, Advertising Operations, Analytics, IT and Finance are handled for magazine titles, both digital and print.

TAS Analytic Services is looking to shape the future of the India Operations by ensuring quality deliverables to the stakeholders as well as constantly making improvisations.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Stakeholder management skill for being able to manage cross functional and cultural stakeholder
- Drive business performance by managing, leading and developing a cross-functional talent acquisition team
- Help hiring team in proactively planning for talent needs and tracking their status
- Help hiring team understand detailed analysis of the requirements & specifications, Source profiles through job portals, Job designing, posting of jobs, short listing the relevant profiles and processing further
- Liaise with consultants/vendors to meet staffing requirement
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and facilitating the delivery of services for HR with focus on recruitment
- Responsible for volume hiring, lateral and niche hiring,
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key recruiting metrics
- Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan , Lead Campus recruitments, job fairs, IJP, Employee Referrals
- To adopt a pro-active and solution oriented approach
- To manage additional activities and projects as agreed with HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- Quantitative and logical thinker, with at least 4-5 years of experience in recruitment
- Keen attention to detail for consistent accuracy in HR Reports
- Demonstrated initiative and proven multi-tasking skills
- Able to work with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds
- Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Positive attitude and high on energy
- Should be able to exhibit empathy
- Excellent Co-ordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA graduate with specialization in HR (or)
- MSW (or)
- MS in Psychology with a specialization in IR
Technical Skills:
- MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- MS Access
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrates empathy/counselor like approach whilst dealing with employees
- Initiates audience-appropriate dialogue with multiple levels of the organization
