Responsibilities and Duties Strategy, Partnerships and Growth (~60%) - Ideate, conceptualize and execute new ideas - Lead and support in concept/proposal development - Generating new business leads and a range of proactive business development activities in order to maximize growth - Improve capabilities and scalability by building in-house methods and toolkits - Develop and showcase thought-leadership material and outcomes from research, analysis and synthesis of complex issues and contribute to TARU's knowledge capture and dissemination - Build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships - Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as project partners, sector experts, external consultants who contribute to projects - Effectively manage the formal and informal professional development of team members through skill planning, coaching, and performance feedback. Management of strategic and high impact projects (~40%) - Project planning and management: manage the structure, team, design and delivery of key and strategic projects, to budget, schedule and quality expectations - Take ownership of project goals, milestones and content - Simplify qualitative and quantitative inputs into creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations - Work with clients to implement recommendations - Facilitate client decision making using all modes of communication: formal and informal; written and verbal (1-on-1, small group, large group presentation).
