We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to be part of Silicon Valley headquartered TargetingMantra team. We want someone with a strong sense of ownership and who has bias for action. You should be passionate about disrupting the status quo, be able to learn new things quickly and be a high-grade employee.

Are you passionate about startups and working with challenging problems- The TargetingMantra team is looking for a person with strong inter-personal skills to help us grow our company to be the one-stop solution for recommendations and analytics systems.

You are expected to be highly innovative; deal well with ambiguity. Your role will involve regular interface with clients to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. These will be some other biggest e-commerce companies globally. You are also expected to provide general sales support to the sales team including research and special projects. You will be instrumental in taking the company from its nascent stages to a multi-million dollar worth company.

Basic Qualifications :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed college

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

- Team Player with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience wearing multiple hats at a startup

- Knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
