Job Descriptions:

- Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: Onboarding new customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, identifying upsell potential, and driving customer satisfaction

- Actively engage clients through all phases, ensure their satisfaction through timely communication, and Effectively handle the escalations

- Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points where we can deliver even greater value for our clients.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Effectively address customer queries and manage a diverse set of issues until resolved.

- Provide regular customer updates to the Management, including high-risk customers and customers with high upsell potential.

- Develops strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market online products or services.

Required:

- 4-6 years of relevant customer success experience as a Senior Executive or Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- General understanding of the digital marketing space - including SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email marketing, and E-Commerce best practices

- A proven record of retaining and growing multiple client relationships

- Excellent written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Organized with an analytical approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Ease in dealing with ambiguity; ability to create focus, coordination, and keeping internal & external stakeholders on track.

- Experience working with clients in the USA - Mandate

- Ready to work in EST timing - Mandate

- Good in Excel and MS Office - Mandate
