Job Responsibilities : - Talent Acquisition : Collaborate and guide the existing Recruitment team to fulfill the Business Talent needs in a timely fashion. - Business Partnering : Partner and support the Business Units to resolve employee issues and implement improvements - Employee Satisfaction and Retention Interventions:&nbsp;Conduct annual and dip-stick surveys to assess employee sentiment and actionize the areas of improvement - HR Policies and Communication : Maintain existing and create any new HR Policies and communicate. - HR operations and employee requests Employee/Contractor offer/agreements, onboarding, confirmation, Loans and other employee requests, Exit formalities - People Engagement Initiatives/Events : Conceptualize and conduct various employee engagement initiatives including rewards and recognition programs/events - Performance Management, Learning and Development :&nbsp;Drive employee career planning, performance management and learning and development processes - Comp and Benefits : Collaborate with management to budget and work out the compensation revision including performance linked incentives - Global Mobility : Guide the formulation of Travel related policies and benefits - Strategic HR : Employer branding, org effectiveness and development initiatives, Org change management Experience and Skills : - 15+ years- experience in all areas of Corporate HR out of which last 3 years should be in a HR leadership role. 5+ years should be in an IT services company. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including company's customers - Good at using and applying technologies and adoption of tools - Skills in numerical and statistical analysis - Analytical and problem-solving ability - Org Communication Design skills - Interpersonal skills esp. working cross-functional and cross-cultural - Ability to lead and motivate a team - A strategic approach to work - Ability to facilitate change - Attention to detail What Do we Offer : - An existing 8 people strong HR team that operates with reasonably high maturity - Freedom to experiment and try out new initiatives/ideas - Support for adoption of latest systems and technologies (Zoho People is already implemented, Skillate ATS is being implemented) - Collaboration with Sweden unit that would give good exposure to Europe cultural aspects - High growth company offering opportunity to scale-up and differentiate HR function to higher levels
