Designation: Manager/Sr.Manager Customer Success (Depends on relevant experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect
- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations.
- Drive new product launches and relationship extensions
- Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the client's current business and future opportunities
- Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
- Drive timely renewals and payment recovery
- Drive NPS and referral for our product
