Tapzo - Manager/Senior Manager - Customer Success

OneDirect is a Sequoia capital funded 100+ people enterprise software company headquartered in Bangalore and having offices in Mumbai and Delhi. We build products to improve customer experience across touch points. Our solutions are used by some of the biggest enteprises in India like the Indian railways, HDFC bank, Kotak, OLA, Dominos, Daikin, Myntra, DishTV, Tatasky, Hitachi, PVR and many more.

Designation: Manager/Sr.Manager Customer Success (Depends on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect

- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations.

- Drive new product launches and relationship extensions

- Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the client's current business and future opportunities

- Publish recommendations and action plans based on data

- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution

- Drive timely renewals and payment recovery

- Drive NPS and referral for our product
