About Tapp-Me We are a young start-up, founded in late 2015 (Q4) aiming to become the ultimate answer for the perennial concern of every household - Skilled and Reliable Manpower - just on a tap! We are driven by the idea of serving our customers and at the same time empowering the service providers (technicians) to earn a better livelihood.   Founded by the alumni of IIT Bombay & IIT Kanpur, we have now expanded to a 30+ member team across our 3 offices over the country, and looking forward to expand in another 4 cities in the next quarter serving around in various other categories.   Our annual plan comprises of launching in approximately 15 cities serving around in more than 8 categories.   Running on a model of expansion first into the non-metro cities- we are currently operational in Vizag and Patna with our base office location as Gurgaon  Designation: Procurement Executive  Location: Gurgaon  Experience: 2-3 years  Responsibility Area:  - To look after the entire procurement for the organisation centrally.  - Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors  - Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project  - Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions  - In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules  - Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors  - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organisational requirements and expectation  - Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements  - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned  Salary range: 4 - 9 LPA
