One of the largest Android advertising platform in Europe - looking for a full-time Business Development Manager for a remote job for global provider of mobile internet services in India.

Please, notice we are located worldwide and we don't have any office at all. We all work remote from home or else where we want to.

We expect that perfect candidate is self organized person, who is used to show high performance and reach the goals. He is prof in business development and customer relations. He should have IT background and work experience in Indian IT market, knowing Mobile Providers companies/ Vendors/ Mobile Developers will be a plus.

Business & Technical Competency:

- Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and operational capabilities to provide solutions for customers resulting in profitable growth.

- Developing and maintaining an expert understanding of current and prospective Partners to maximize market share.

- Understand the vision, mission and value proposition to differentiate the organization in the marketplace.

- Developing and executing sales plans for key accounts.

- Searching for potential Partners;

- Building a long-term partnership, develop and manage relationships with key Partners;

- Negotiate & determinate partners- strategies and goals, strategy planning;

- Maintain clear channels of communication to ensure understanding on all existing levels of cooperation; providing partners with all information, tools and support;

- Implementation of a full Partner development process including market analysis, targeting strategy, cold calls and meetings etc;

- Integrate new partners;

- Participate in the key events for Mobile Provider companies/ Vendors/ Developers;

- Analyze ads effectiveness and evaluating the effectiveness of the channels;

Sales, Marketing Performance:

- Meeting or exceeding annual service sales financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.

- Consistently identifying new business opportunities at existing and potential Partners, served direct and through distribution, to ensure sustained profitable growth.

- Development of recommendations to improve advertising campaigns;

- Monitor statistics, daily/weekly/monthly reports and analysis of sell-through, profitability and marketing efforts;

- Daily reports;
