We are looking add more people to our business development team in India. The job involves managing business development team and strategize, plan for business growth. Get Strategic partnerships to increase business work flow will be an important element of job profile. We have an experienced inside sales team (US) and an exciting e-marketing program that will help with the lead generation. The value proposition is very strong.

Tangence Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian subsidiary of Tangence Inc. We provide development and a wide range of marketing services exclusively to US-based customers. Our clients range from fortune 500 companies to cutting-edge Silicon Valley startups. Our projects cover the entire spectrum of design collaterals (Web & Print), Web development, direct and online marketing. The company is 10 years old and has experienced 200%+ growth every year. The execution center is based in NOIDA.

Experience: Minimum 5+ yrs. of relevant experience with renowned organizations.

Preferred Industry: IT, WEB, E-commerce and Internet Technologies

Education Qualifications: MBA/PGDBA in Sales or Marketing from renowned institutes

Skills & Knowledge Required (MUST):

- Excellent Communication, Managerial capabilities and interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales/business development teams.

- Ability to draft and propose strategic sales plan to increase company revenue.

- Ability to identify business prospects, understand business requirements and provide service to meet clients requirements.

- Ability to draft proposals, product and services price quotes independently. Exposure to RFI, RFP and RFQ’s.

- Ability to give sales presentations to C-level executive about our service offerings over conference calls.

- Exposure to complete sales cycle and ability to close sales independently.

- Excellent convincing power with ability to up-sell and sign big (Fortune 500) client for retainer-ship program.

- Should have decent understanding of e-marketing, social media and SEO.

- Basic technical literacy: comfortable with the computer, but also with a broad range of high tech terminology

- Some sense of private companies, Silicon Valley, entrepreneurialism and developments within high technology.

Some of the KRA’s

- Understand business targets from Account growth and large client’s business channel perspective.

- The candidate would also be responsible for delivering corporate presentation to NEW qualified business prospects, understanding client’s requirements and our scope of work, preparing proposals and drafting quotes & estimates.

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the BD executives.

- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Conducts one-on-one review with all Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Executive’s sales and activity performance.

- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Would work as an independent sales person responsible for generating business in the US market.

- Strategic partnerships to get new channels for business growth.

Shift – time: 8:00pm – 5:00 am

Remuneration and Perks:

- CTC: Best according to industry

- 5 days working (Saturday’s and Sunday’s fixed off)
