Talview is seeking a Head of Implementations to join its growing implementation practice. As we experience rapid growth, we're looking for individuals familiar with deploying SaaS solutions for large, global organizations. The ideal candidate will be an innovative self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment and adept at managing client expectations. As the Head of Implementations, you will be responsible for serving as the face of Talview to C-level executives and senior leaders of our enterprise clients. You will develop the strategy behind implementations, and bring an obsession for exceeding customer expectations by delivering in accordance with project success metrics. You will also build long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively coordinate projects and act as the point-of-contact for the implementation project team, which includes both internal and external stakeholders. - Oversee all aspects of new client implementation projects to ensure on-time go-live dates; including documenting client requirements, developing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risk, software configuration, tracking project milestones and providing regular feedback to stakeholders and executive management. - Create and maintain accurate, organized and complete project files to include all documents required to sustain internal compliance. - Develop and deliver customer training on the HighGround platform as needed. - Act as backup support, when required, for other implementation related activity and projects as needed. - Manage long-term relationship with the client for any future needs. Requirements: - 2+ years experience managing technology/SaaS projects. - Overall 10 years experience in Project Management - Consulting or client management experience. - You prioritize customer success and loyalty above all else. - You take pride in being an advocate on behalf of our customers and seek to provide relevant feedback cross-organizationally to enhance our products and services to better serve our customers. - Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills. - Friendly, patient and professional demeanor. - Strong organization skills and high attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to take initiative and see projects through to the end. - International (handling projects in multiple geographies) experience preferred.
