Senior Quality Manager  Define and implement a quality strategy for the whole TAPL portfolio so that all products and offerings are compliant with the highest standards with respect to functional correctness, robustness, security, performance, usability, etc.  - Define and implement quality strategy for all TAPL products and services  - Build and manage a highly professional Quality Assurance team  - Create an end-to-end test portfolio that covers all aspects and components of the TAPL offerings  - Drive the testing and validation of the TAPL offerings during the whole product lifecycle  - Closely interact with the development teams to collaboratively ensure prompt resolution of any quality issues  - 10-15 years of professional experience;   - 5+ years in product companies  - 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance  - 5+ years as team lead/people manager  - Experience validating cloud and/or big data products and services a big plus  - Good technical background  - Holistic approach to quality assurance  - Hands-on attitude  - People management and mentoring skills
