Designation : Product Manager&nbsp; Function/ Group: Product Management&nbsp; Experience: 4 to 8 Yrs What will you be doing?&nbsp; - Become a product expert to build awareness and enthusiasm both internally (i.e. within the organization) and externally (i.e. partner ecosystem, customers)&nbsp; - Be the Voice of Customer within the organization &nbsp;- Focus on delivering delightful customer experience covering the diversity of our customer base &nbsp;- Participate in the creation of Product Roadmap&nbsp; - Participate in market research to understand the pulse of the market e.g. identify product enhancements, user buying behavior&nbsp; - Scope and prioritize product backlog based on business and customer impact &nbsp;- Work in an agile environment playing the role of a product owner and driving scrum teams - Translate business/customer needs into comprehensive and concise requirements and prototypes&nbsp; - Work closely with Engineering/UX teams to get the right features with the right experience created in the product&nbsp; - Participate in market validation for behavioral and product acceptance&nbsp; - Contribute to the creation of market stories to achieve mass adoption of the product Who are we looking for?&nbsp; - 3+ years of Product Management experience&nbsp; - Bachelor's degree in a technical field&nbsp; - MBA degree is a plus &nbsp;- Proven ability to deliver a product to market and drive its success&nbsp; - Product mindset and inclination towards understanding product usage/evangelization, customer empathy, and story-telling is expected&nbsp; - Possesses good written and verbal communication and presentation skills &nbsp;- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment&nbsp; - High-level interpersonal skills and demonstrates the ability to communicate with key stakeholders clearly
