Role: Manager/ Sr. Manager Experience: 8+yrs Location: Bangalore Who are we looking for? - MBA in Marketing with 8-12 yrs experience - An expert, proactive, marketing generalist with strong digital marketing and communications experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in marketing and selling online products is desired (ideally in Education domain) - A passion for education domain and its creative possibilities - Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in online, offline, graphic design, web design, production etc. - Experience in analytical reporting and proficiency in SEO and PPC - Understanding of budget management and allocation - Knowledge of new and innovative communication tools & tactics - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to plan and execute multiple projects efficiently - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment - Experience and proficiency in managing a team and drive multifunctional team projects What will you be doing? - Developing marketing strategies to build consumer awareness about TEPL and courses available, driving preference and overall demand generation engine to expand learner base for online and B2C courses - Build product messaging and create compelling collateral that tell a unique story, differentiating our courses from others in the market - Content development and content marketing - Building a sustainable value proposition for the brand and strategize brand communication - Co-ordinate with advertising agencies, media planning, managing publicity campaigns and monitoring annual budgets etc. - Evaluating and recommending marketing plan for national and local marketing - Develop and refine marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding - Direct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities
