Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery

- Manage the delivery of reference content for all products, across required languages

- Establish and constantly upgrade the processes, methodologies and tools to ensure the delivery of best-in-class output. Ensure knowledge transfer to all concerned individuals for timely adoption

- Liaison with various function heads within the organization to establish, and drive usage of common processes and methodologies

- Own the creation of periodic updates to give a transparent work overview to all concerned stakeholders

- Align with the Business Development team to arrive at the direction for multilingual conversion

- Establish and maintain relations with vendors and other stakeholders, especially for the delivery of content in multiple languages

- Define and maintain guidelines and standards required to create content in internationalised form to ensure easy localization

Management

- Define KRAs based on the overall departmental objective and match against quarterly milestones

- Work with Team Leads to ensure appropriate allocation of work to specific individuals, keeping in mind load-balancing, skill sets and growth aspirations

- Support and guide the team in delivery of day-to-day operations as well as during transitions on working with other functions

- Ensure up-skilling of team in all aspects of domain, product, market, customer and tools knowledge. Identify requisite training to help bridge gaps for leads and writers

- Conduct review meetings with project leads and check performance at individual level

Other Aspects

- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership about all things related to user assistance

- Ensure the quality of the output under all circumstances and release constraints

- Always be on the lookout for better ways of producing end user content

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related domain or English is a must

- Master's degree in related domain or English is good to have

- Certification in the field of management is good to have
