Designation: Manager - Learning & Development Experience: 8 - 10 Years Location: Bangalore What will you be doing? - Learning Business Partner: Interact with assigned business functions to analyse their learning needs & provide learning solutions (behavioural & functional), plan learning interventions in association with L&D Team & functional learning champions, ensure the utilization & effectiveness of the interventions, and thus ultimately create positive business impact & achieve customer satisfaction - Learning Designer & Developer - Design programs, courses and sessions in association with other L&D team members or external learning consultant, develop new training content, customize the existing or bought-out content and prepare the session plans & facilitator notes, facilitate learning intervention meeting the analysed learning needs of business - Learning Facilitator - Facilitate the planned behavioural sessions in classroom & virtual mode, based on the learning, design and develop content, enrich the facilitation by including different learner engagement activities - Own & manage assigned organizational learning programs; consult with L&D head in order to align with L&D strategies; collaborate with L&D team for performing efficiently on above mentioned roles; build trusted partnership and lasting professional relationships with all the stakeholders from business and enabling functions Who are we looking for? - Sound knowledge of L&D fundamentals, behavioural competency scale development, competency mapping, and assessment, and different organizational behaviour areas - Wide exposure to L&D practices, programs, and platforms to enable learning for TallyWalas - Hands-on experience interacting with businesses, analysing their learning needs, and partnering with them for providing learning solutions - Strong expertise in behavioural course & session design, content development, and facilitation of behavioural sessions in the classroom & virtual mode - Ability to collaborate and influence by working with different functions, their learning SPOCs/Champions, discuss and align them on the learning needs, collaborate and leverage HRBPs and regional Admin teams for the learning agenda etc. - Flexible and Result Oriented individuals.
