Objective:  - To design, build and run the PMM function in accordance with the Vision, Strategy, Approach and Goals of Company  - To lead TSPL's Products and Services Portfolio Planning, Management, and Roadmap   - To ensure design and implementation of the required processes, establishment of the right methodologies and creation of the appropriate tools and infrastructure for delivery of high quality products/releases  Key Areas of Responsibility:  - Work with the CPMO to execute new product/release initiatives that are aligned with the product overall company strategy  Analyze and review current product performance to reveal opportunities for improvement or enhancement  Identify strengths and weaknesses of product offering and provide recommendations to achieve company goals  - Responsible for Product and Service Requirement Gathering and Business Impact Analysis  - Responsible for Target Market Segmentation and Positioning Intent  - Responsible for developing key positioning/messaging for our products across segments and countries  - Responsible for the defining and creating processes, methodologies and tools for Release initiation, Project charter, Productization and Business support readiness  - Responsible for taking custody of all product/release adoption review and feedback  - Responsible to ensure complete understanding of the current marketing mix (7Ps includes pricing and total cost of ownership) of all TSPL's products and provide a point-of-view to the CPMO on the potential corrections/changes to develop or refine them   - Responsible to discover the current product definitions of all products, assess the completeness for various markets and establish the potential areas of improvement  - Responsible for driving marketing research to quantify and qualify the target market's size and growth, customer needs, competitive landscape and product direction. Provide analysis and recommendations to the CPMO on the future state of product offering, integrating the voice of the customer and market analysis to prioritize product direction.  - Plan and implement development programs to ensure team members skill sets are upgraded appropriately.  Minimum Qualification:  - Bachelor's Degree required.   - MS, MBA or other advanced degree will be an additional advantage.  Knowledge:  - Demonstrable understanding of the SDLC, product lifecycle management and product marketing  - Demonstrated understanding of the business, competitive and technology landscape  - Research and Analytical tools and methodologies  Mandatory Experience Required:  - Relevant experience in Product Development, Product Management and Marketing  - Demonstrated exceptional performance in product management leadership role  - Product Calendaring and Release Management   - Project planning and prioritization  - Strategic thinking and planning skills  - Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional management without formal reporting relationships.  - Proven high-degree of problem solving and decision-making ability.   - Passion for excellence and measurable outcomes.
