Role: AGM - TX Operations Experience: 8+ Location: Delhi Who are we looking for? - Good experience in handling Channel partners - Ability to coach and mentor TallyXcelerators and partners - Strong business planning capability and analytical skills - Decent experience in B2B buying behaviour - Understands the philosophy about partner development and 'Go to Market' strategies - Strong influencing capability - Good people management and development skills - Excellent verbal and written communication What will you be doing? - Responsible for TX design frameworks and execution for th entire North Zone - Responsible for performance of TallyXcelerators by evaluating multiple parameters like High Partner Happiness Index, Development and growth-oriented programs, Upward movement of partners and Expansion of PD's ecosystem - Responsible for the P&L of TallyXcelerators - Accountable for adoption of business advisory - Continuous enablement of TX resources - Gap analysis and training of partners (on Product - Tally.ERP 9 and Skills)
