Talent Suite - Human Resource - FMCG

We are hiring for US-based MNC, Hyderabad location.

- Provide operational support in own area of expertise in response to customer requests by handling Tier 2 tickets.

- Functional application maintenance of SuccessFactors (Talent Suite) and act as first contact for relevant suppliers.

- Release management for SuccessFactors

- Ensure that the required level of expertise in the specific area is maintained.

- Ensure that the global standard processes, tools and documentation are maintained and adhered to.

- Deliver SME support in improvement projects.

- To stay updated on market trends/developments related to the key area of expertise

Key knowledgeable person for all topics regarding Talent Suite (Success Factors) Subareas are: Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning
