Our Business:

Talent Q provides innovative online psychometric assessments, training and consultancy to address talent management challenges throughout the employee lifecycle. Over the past year we have grown in excess of 50%, providing support to some of the best companies in India. Our consultancy business is thriving and we are looking for a talented and motivated young professional to join our team and take responsibility for important projects.

The Role:

Aligned to the India’s consultancy & business development division, but with close links to the broader business, the Associate will assist the team deliver the best possible products and solutions mix to our clients. In this role, you will act as a first point-of-contact for many clients to organize and coordinate assessment centers, as well as provide overall internal support to the team on a variety of projects.
Apart from the above your role will also be responsible for maximizing on all sales opportunities coming into the business through client enquiries. Providing a high level of customer service and sales support at all times to internal and external clients shall be in-addition to the above your responsibility.

You should have the personality to develop relationships internally and externally, and the resilience to thrive in a business that is growing at a rapid pace. We’re building a high performing team and are looking for a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account manage the small and medium enterprise (SME) companies, inclusive of proactive outbound calling.

2. To respond to all incoming enquiries aiming for first time resolution wherever possible.

3. To fulfill client product orders, training requests and licence purchases .

4. To maximise on all sales opportunities; up-selling, cross-selling and promoting current offers, lead/opportunity qualification and forwarding to sales.

5. To help actively manage the client database, provide sales support and liaise with the sales team, to ensure client information is accurate and up to date.

6. To provide support to Clients using our range of online psychometric Products

7. To undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.

8. Serve as project coordination lead for several internal projects

9. Interact with clients regarding the coordination and execution of assessment centers, including venue coordination, scheduling, resource coordination, and engagement management

10. Generate invoices, manage revenue recognition initiative, and create reports

11. Prepare client-facing presentations/solution decks

Experience/background

The individual will be a high potential professional with 0 - 2 years experience from a premier management school.
