Talent Partner (Tech & Non Tech)

Job Location : Chennai (Non Tech), Remote (Tech)

As a Talent Partner of a fast growing start up, you will be responsible for all recruiting related activities.

Skills & Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience of work experience as a Recruiter - preferably in-house, at a startup

- A true empath with a good understanding of people - to articulate company's culture and recognize if a candidate will fit in

- Proven track record in direct sourcing for candidates using a variety of tools

- Experience in working on volume hiring and niche non tech requirements

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other software/tools

- Build a healthy pipeline to nurture and engage with talent for future conversions

- Excellent written and verbal communication

Good to have :

- Sharp attention to detail

- Experience recruiting for both on field and managerial roles

- Knack for data-to create metrics that can improve tracking and efficiency
